A 4.7-inch to 5-inch iPhone screen 6 could fill this need for me and not necessarily make the iPhone 6 a lot bigger.
Siri and Dictation
I use or attempted use Siri quite often and am respectful of the limits to what Siri can do in regard to the tasks and commands to follow. What continues to frustrate me is the amount of times Siri and Dictation timeout . Unlike Android devices iPhone 5s sends requests and Siri Dictation to the cloud, and with that comes the unreliability .
I can handle that when I want Siri to perform a search on the web, but often can not Siri schedule a meeting , send a text or even call a contact because of a problem in the cloud. Too many frustrations lead me jump Siri more and more often. And I was a big user of Siri. The same applies to the dictation that I feel is often a symbol of rotation until I give up .
Hopefully Apple adds an option dictation offline and is compatible with single support command line to perform actions with local content such as calling a contact.
